The Club Atlético Atlanta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pankracy Glogowski should have stopped the shot. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christoffer Blomqvist in the 6th minute of the match. MILLONARIOS FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rafael Jauregui in the 7th minute. The corner led MILLONARIOS FC's Rafael Jauregui to fire away a dangerous shot which Pankracy Glogowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Christoffer Blomqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christoffer Blomqvist in the 11th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Heitor Leys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Prior didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Club Atlético Atlanta's Şevket Çağa shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Marcos Berdoi's late challenge caught a MILLONARIOS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcos Berdoi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Berdoi to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, MILLONARIOS FC's Teofilo Goitia got a free kick in the 29th minute. Angelo Prior breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th match minute, MILLONARIOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Goitia to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's Emil Chwalkiewicz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Angelo Prior showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şevket Çağa in the 44th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christoffer Blomqvist made a kick off. MILLONARIOS FC's Juan Corredor was substituted for Christoffer Blomqvist. 66 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baladi Ribalta. Pankracy Glogowski made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Juan Corredor sent off a good shot on target. MILLONARIOS FC's Federico Errazquin was substituted for Rafael Jauregui. 89 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Corredor came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Corredor in the 91st minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 93 minutes into the game, when Heitor Leys put in a rough tackle.
