With a little luck, River Plate ® 9-12's Rigoberto Bihar got control of the ball when Robin Steckamp tried to sneak it across the goal line. After taking down the ball on Wambalamba FC's corner Brian Finnman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rigoberto Bihar quite easily take care of the ball. Cris Courtois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Silvanito in the 31st minute of the match. Rolf Pilgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Rigoberto Bihar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute of the match, João Carlos Vianna tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rigoberto Bihar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 42nd match minute, Wambalamba FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Helge Lindgren to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Silvanito in the 43rd minute of play forced Wambalamba FC's goalkeeper Cris Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
