Niceto Ihazintu might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hansjörg Wastl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Ihazintu in the 24th minute of play forced Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goalkeeper Hansjörg Wastl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hansjörg Wastl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Ihazintu in the 26th minute of the match. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Hansjörg Wastl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Ihazintu in the 30th minute of play. Felippe Pitta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Ergo Muro made a huge save. Niceto Ihazintu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hansjörg Wastl having to make a save. Norberto Prata did an outstanding performance 42 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 2-0 to the right of an irritated Ergo Muro in the goal. Ergo Muro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Prata, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute, Recep Talha Keskin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Yan Schmidt was substituted for Norberto Prata. A collision led to Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Recep Talha Keskin hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yan Schmidt made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Niceto Ihazintu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caatiba MZC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 60th minute Yan Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ergo Muro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fahl Figueroa tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Ergo Muro. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-1 in the 63rd minute. Caatiba MZC's Ergo Muro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fabiano Sena in the 65th minute of play. When Natã Siqueira fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caatiba MZC's protests and gave Natã Siqueira a yellow card for diving instead. Natã Siqueira kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute of the match Yan Schmidt shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ergo Muro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 79th minute, Valdomiro Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niceto Ihazintu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute Yan Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ergo Muro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Pedro Geromel got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Rodriguinho Linhares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ had played much better football throughout.
