An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Capixaba in the 7th minute of play forced Bene Animatus's goalkeeper Juvenal Talló to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Maia in the 10th minute of play. C o n f i a n ç a - SE's Diguinho Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jardel Velloso in the 13th minute of play. When C o n f i a n ç a - SE's Charles Capixaba in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 25th minute Jeremias Maia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Talló saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Capixaba in the 29th minute of play forced Bene Animatus's goalkeeper Juvenal Talló to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jardel Velloso in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Diguinho Carioca saved C o n f i a n ç a - SE from getting behind. The corner led Bene Animatus's Sílvio Luís Prata to fire away a dangerous shot which Diguinho Carioca despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Juvenal Talló made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genílson da Silva in the 34th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Bene Animatus's goal looked a bit too open when Genílson da Silva came free, but Juvenal Talló reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jardel Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jardel Velloso in the 41st minute of play forced C o n f i a n ç a - SE's goalkeeper Diguinho Carioca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guido Rodriguez kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Maia in the 47th minute of play forced Bene Animatus's goalkeeper Juvenal Talló to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charles Capixaba to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Jardel Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diguinho Carioca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diguinho Carioca came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Bene Animatus's Jardel Velloso. But to his dismay, Jardel Velloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Diguinho Carioca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luís Prata in the 61st minute of the match. After 62 minutes, Charles Capixaba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C o n f i a n ç a - SE and the Bene Animatus players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Charles Capixaba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, C o n f i a n ç a - SE's goal looked a bit too open when José Paulo Cavalcante came free, but Diguinho Carioca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló got control of the ball when Jeremias Maia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jeremias Maia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Juvenal Talló skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 69 played minutes Bene Animatus got a freekick which was hit by Jardel Velloso. After 71 minutes of play, C o n f i a n ç a - SE's Jeremias Maia made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juvenal Talló was left in no man's land by his defense there! 74 minutes into the match, C o n f i a n ç a - SE's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Fonseca came free, but Diguinho Carioca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oscar Macedo got a throw-in 76 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Sílvio Luís Prata. Juvenal Talló made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeremias Maia in the 80th minute. C o n f i a n ç a - SE's Diguinho Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Fonseca in the 82nd minute of play. Jeremias Maia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Juvenal Talló tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oscar Macedo made in the 87th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by C o n f i a n ç a - SE's Ernesto Monteiro. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Jeremias Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot. C o n f i a n ç a - SE's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremias Maia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juvenal Talló breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeremias Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jeremias Maia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Juvenal Talló made a huge save. After 90 played minutes Bene Animatus got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Macedo. Diguinho Carioca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Oscar Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
