The supporters of OxentePaisa Salcity booed when Cremonese FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Sabóia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrianinho Maciel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dráusio Ortiz. Cremonese FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dráusio Ortiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clóvis Queiroz's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Cremonese FC's goal looked a bit too open when Baltazar Chaves came free, but Dráusio Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luizinho Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléber Valle in the 21st minute of play forced OxentePaisa Salcity's goalkeeper Anderson Hoffmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Alfredão Cosme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baltazar Chaves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute OxentePaisa Salcity were awarded a corner. Adrianinho Maciel went to the cornerflag to take it. After 34 played minutes OxentePaisa Salcity got a freekick which was hit by Clóvis Queiroz. Clóvis Queiroz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41stth minute of the game Baltazar Chaves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cremonese FC's Dráusio Ortiz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baltazar Chaves to make the kick off. Baltazar Chaves was extremely unlucky when he, in the 56th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Dráusio Ortiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltazar Chaves in the 60th minute of play. Krzysztof Jaraczeski's late challenge caught a OxentePaisa Salcity's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Krzysztof Jaraczeski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st match minute, Cremonese FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krzysztof Jaraczeski to maneuver through the defense. When OxentePaisa Salcity's Baltazar Chaves in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Dráusio Ortiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltazar Chaves in the 73rd minute of play. Dráusio Ortiz came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by OxentePaisa Salcity's Clóvis Queiroz. But to his dismay, Clóvis Queiroz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Dráusio Ortiz was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Clóvis Queiroz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Clóvis Queiroz really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Baltazar Chaves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ernesto Daniel Justiniano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Dráusio Ortiz made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Marcus Batista put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Anderson Hoffmann. Dráusio Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltazar Chaves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, OxentePaisa Salcity's Manfred Skarkman got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute, Renatinho Gaúcho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anderson Hoffmann was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2.
