Despite this Dráusio Ortiz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A.D Leônico's André Luiz de Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Batista in the 66th minute of play. Cremonese FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Andriy Shevchenko ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Frederico Donato got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. After 91st play minutes Vatan Kambay shot 0-11, a short shot which went by Dráusio Ortiz and just under the crossbar into goal. 93 minutes into the game, Andriy Shevchenko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dráusio Ortiz. Andriy Shevchenko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched A.D Leônico eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
