An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavril Bucur in the 6th minute of play forced BANAT VIOLA's goalkeeper Emilio Miconi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan-Joost Werner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Drăucean in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of BANAT VIOLA booed when C Ａ R D I N Ａ L was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cazimir Bărbătescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes in the game, Robert Ţugui fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Emilio Miconi having to interfere. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Radu Rada pulled a muscle in his back after 21 minutes and couldn't finish the game. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L made a substitution. Emanuel Buciuman replaced Radu Rada. After 23 played minutes BANAT VIOLA got a freekick which was hit by Liviu Hănescu. Jan-Joost Werner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liviu Hănescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavril Bucur who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Emilio Miconi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Károly Bodrogi struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Emilio Miconi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C Ａ R D I N Ａ L. 32 minutes into the match, Cazimir Bărbătescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emilio Miconi. BANAT VIOLA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cazimir Bărbătescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Ţugui in the 40th minute of play forced BANAT VIOLA's goalkeeper Emilio Miconi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gavril Bucur in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emilio Miconi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

The wind increased when Gavril Bucur made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Gavril Bucur notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of BANAT VIOLA's Emilio Miconi. Emilio Miconi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Emanuel Buciuman's late challenge caught a BANAT VIOLA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Buciuman helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th match minute, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Buciuman to maneuver through the defense. BANAT VIOLA made a substitution. Mihai Tatulici replaced Remus Vasiliu. A collision led to C Ａ R D I N Ａ L getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Emanuel Buciuman hit a great ball. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Jan-Joost Werner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save C Ａ R D I N Ａ L from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Gavril Bucur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilio Miconi was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Károly Bodrogi was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to C Ａ R D I N Ａ L getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Károly Bodrogi hit a great ball. In the 81st minute Eugen Drăucean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Joost Werner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd match minute, BANAT VIOLA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihai Tatulici to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in BANAT VIOLA's zone, Filip Tăcutu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Miconi came out of the goal and Filip Tăcutu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gavril Bucur in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilio Miconi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute, Costică Chira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mihai Tatulici kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Emilio Miconi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Tăcutu in the 88th minute of the match. If Gavril Bucur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the BANAT VIOLA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for C Ａ R D I N Ａ L.
