Viorel Odobescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergiu Panaitescu in the 9th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Implant de Ego ™'s goalkeeper Viorel Odobescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eric Şerbănescu. Viorel Odobescu made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Eric Şerbănescu sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eric Şerbănescu got free with Viorel Odobescu in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Károly Bodrogi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Viorel Odobescu. Viorel Odobescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When Vintilă Gârneț fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Implant de Ego ™'s protests and gave Vintilă Gârneț a yellow card for diving instead. After 24 played minutes Implant de Ego ™ got a freekick which was hit by Vintilă Gârneț. Károly Bodrogi took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Viorel Odobescu. Viorel Odobescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 36 played minutes Implant de Ego ™ got a freekick which was hit by Gică Dulfu. In the 37th minute, Sergiu Panaitescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Implant de Ego ™'s Viorel Odobescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Implant de Ego ™ from getting a goal against them. Viorel Odobescu made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Eric Şerbănescu sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eric Şerbănescu was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Implant de Ego ™ booed when C Ａ R D I N Ａ L was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Károly Bodrogi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Károly Bodrogi notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Implant de Ego ™'s Viorel Odobescu. Viorel Odobescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L made a substitution. Cazimir Bărbătescu replaced Sergiu Panaitescu. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Eric Şerbănescu got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cazimir Bărbătescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Viorel Odobescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cazimir Bărbătescu ran back to his position shaking his head. Viorel Odobescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eric Şerbănescu's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. After 65 minutes, Eric Şerbănescu made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Implant de Ego ™'s Viorel Odobescu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Viorel Odobescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Şerbănescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 74thth minute of the game Cazimir Bărbătescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Implant de Ego ™'s Viorel Odobescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 79 minutes into the game, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Cazimir Bărbătescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Viorel Odobescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 83rd match minute, Implant de Ego ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vintilă Gârneț to maneuver through the defense. Implant de Ego ™'s Viorel Odobescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radu Rada in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th minute Filip Tăcutu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viorel Odobescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute C Ａ R D I N Ａ L were awarded a corner. Radu Rada went to the cornerflag to take it. Panait Ponor was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Cazimir Bărbătescu struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Viorel Odobescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C Ａ R D I N Ａ L. In the 92nd minute, Eric Şerbănescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L had played much better football throughout.
