Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Basarab Irod got the match started through his kick off. Sergiu Coșeriu scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Konstanty Radzyminski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Academia Rio's Sergiu Coșeriu got a free kick in the 6th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Academia Rio's goal looked a bit too open when Ioan Andone came free, but Gigel Tilea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The North Face's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tiberiu Măcriș in the 8th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Stelian Nicopol heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 14th minute Ioan Andone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Tilea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Academia Rio's goal looked a bit too open when Tiberiu Măcriș came free, but Gigel Tilea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gigel Tilea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiberiu Măcriș in the 17th minute of play. Sergiu Coșeriu hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Tiberiu Măcriș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Gigel Tilea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Academia Rio booed when The North Face was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cazimir Vidican didn't get a good kick on the ball. The North Face's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tiberiu Măcriș in the 31st minute. The North Face's Tiberiu Măcriș was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gigel Tilea in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Basarab Irod's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Konstanty Radzyminski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gigel Tilea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gheorghe Odobescu in the 36th minute of play. The North Face's Konstanty Radzyminski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basarab Irod in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basarab Irod in the 40th minute of play forced The North Face's goalkeeper Konstanty Radzyminski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Konstanty Radzyminski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basarab Irod in the 41st minute of play. Gigel Tilea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberiu Măcriș in the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tiberiu Măcriș to strike the kick off in the second half. Gheorghe Odobescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Gigel Tilea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stelian Nicopol kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When Academia Rio's Dorel Nedelciu in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye The North Face's goalie prevented a goal. Gheorghe Odobescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. In the 69thth minute of the game Marin Giubelean who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The North Face's Konstanty Radzyminski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 72nd play minute Ioan Andone came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gigel Tilea. 1-1. The North Face's Konstanty Radzyminski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorel Nedelciu in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute Sergiu Coșeriu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstanty Radzyminski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Academia Rio were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after The North Face's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lucian Petriceanu took the corner. The corner ended in Lucian Petriceanu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but The North Face's Konstanty Radzyminski did a great save. In the 83rd match minute, The North Face was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zula Kazczyk to maneuver through the defense. Lucian Petriceanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Dorel Nedelciu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Konstanty Radzyminski was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Konstanty Radzyminski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dorel Nedelciu's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by The North Face's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucian Petriceanu was slow to take the kick. During this time Academia Rio's players had a chance to rest. Dumitru Pantelimon made a great header on Academia Rio's corner, it was just that The North Face's Konstanty Radzyminski managed to reach the ball for a save. After 90 minutes, Sergiu Coșeriu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Academia Rio and the The North Face players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Academia Rio getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Sergiu Coșeriu hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the match, The North Face's goal looked a bit too open when Lucian Petriceanu came free, but Konstanty Radzyminski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
