Aristide Mârzac showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantin Tase in the 3rd minute of the match. When Emilian Văduvescu came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the FC Berea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilian Văduvescu couldn't finish the play. Frederic Burg took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gelu Iordache. Gelu Iordache dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 17th minute Emilian Văduvescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gelu Iordache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Constantin Tase sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emilian Văduvescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Gelu Iordache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Edgar Arnăutu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constantin Tase during the 28th minute. The FC Berea fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when FC Berea's Frederic Burg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Emilian Văduvescu took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gelu Iordache. Gelu Iordache dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Gelu Iordache didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frederic Burg went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 47th minute, Constantin Tase hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frederic Burg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gelu Iordache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frederic Burg in the 54th minute of the match. Gelu Iordache stood somewhat misplaced when Frederic Burg came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 57 minute. Emilian Văduvescus short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Gelu Iordache to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Edgar Arnăutu's late challenge caught a FC Berea's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgar Arnăutu helped the player get up and apologised. If Damian Iorda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the game, Louis Munteanu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gelu Iordache. Louis Munteanu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. After 78 played minutes F.C. Viitorul Șieu got a freekick which was hit by Șerban Macovescu. With a little luck, F.C. Viitorul Șieu's Gelu Iordache got control of the ball when Frederic Burg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edgar Arnăutu hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After 84 minutes of play, FC Berea's Emilian Văduvescu made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gelu Iordache was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emilian Văduvescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd match minute, F.C. Viitorul Șieu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantin Tase to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the match, FC Berea's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Iorda came free, but Aristide Mârzac reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Berea's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
