Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Rumaldo in the 4th minute of play. Ovidiu Caranfil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Rumaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Well-Well Benne in the 14th minute of play forced AS Florilor - BV's goalkeeper Gigi Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Rumaldo in the 18th minute of play forced Club Vertigo's goalkeeper Ovidiu Caranfil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Maghiar came free, but Ovidiu Caranfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stelian Murgu in the 24th minute of play forced AS Florilor - BV's goalkeeper Gigi Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paolo Rumaldo took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidiu Caranfil. Ovidiu Caranfil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Vertigo's goalkeeper Ovidiu Caranfil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ovidiu Caranfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Maghiar in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Maghiar in the 35th minute of play forced Club Vertigo's goalkeeper Ovidiu Caranfil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gigi Buffon came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Vertigo's Stelian Murgu. But to his dismay, Stelian Murgu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The audience was convinced that Paolo Rumaldo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ovidiu Caranfil was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. A collision led to Club Vertigo getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Well-Well Benne hit a great ball. Ovidiu Caranfil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paolo Rumaldo's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Well-Well Benne to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Well-Well Benne was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Vertigo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AS Florilor - BV the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Club Vertigo's zone, Paolo Rumaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidiu Caranfil came out of the goal and Paolo Rumaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Paolo Rumaldo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ovidiu Caranfil was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. After 55 played minutes Club Vertigo got a freekick which was hit by Emilian Moți. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind AS Florilor - BV's goalkeeper Gigi Buffon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Silviu Nedelciu scored 1-2 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ovidiu Caranfil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paolo Rumaldo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ovidiu Caranfil having to make a save. Ovidiu Caranfil made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Nicodim Donose sent off a good shot on target. Ovidiu Caranfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Rumaldo in the 71st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silviu Nedelciu got free with Ovidiu Caranfil in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gigi Buffon came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Vertigo's Stelian Murgu. But to his dismay, Stelian Murgu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Ovidiu Caranfil made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Silviu Nedelciu sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Maghiar got free with Ovidiu Caranfil in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil got control of the ball when Paolo Rumaldo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 90 played minutes Club Vertigo got a freekick which was hit by Deyan Iordănescu. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
