An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristinel Pandele in the 7th minute of play forced AC Ony's goalkeeper Gabriel Postelnicescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Oberrauch who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Niculae Ailenei when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Antonio Navarro came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Chevaliers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Navarro couldn't finish the play. Cristinel Pandele succeeded in the game's 14th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Niculae Ailenei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santa Jøker, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Chris Chevalier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Gabriel Postelnicescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Oberrauch got free with Niculae Ailenei in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes into the match, AC Ony's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Navarro came free, but Gabriel Postelnicescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Postelnicescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikola Vlašić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AC Ony's Gabriel Postelnicescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Navarro in the 35th minute of play. Chevaliers FC were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after AC Ony's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nikola Vlašić took the corner. The corner led Chevaliers FC's Nikola Vlašić to fire away a dangerous shot which Gabriel Postelnicescu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. AC Ony's Gabriel Postelnicescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Navarro in the 44th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Antonio Navarro did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Gabriel Postelnicescu 52 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chevaliers FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
