Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nichifor Vişoiu started the match with the kick off. Paul Dumitru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marian Maghiran's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Rova Rosiori's Flavius Grec quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bogdan Agrigoroaiei, made in the 21st minute of the game. David Bîndean made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kuzman Kukushev in the 22nd minute. Paul Dumitru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasile Angelescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paul Dumitru came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Inter Craiova's Vasile Angelescu. But to his dismay, Vasile Angelescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. David Bîndean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Beltran, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Rova Rosiori's Paul Dumitru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 蔡飞耀 in the 34th minute of play. After some careless play in the Rova Rosiori defense, 蔡飞耀 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paul Dumitru. The Rova Rosiori fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paul Dumitru should have stopped the shot. Rova Rosiori made a substitution. Gabriel Măcriș replaced Sergiu Burdea. Paul Dumitru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petre Prisecaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. FC Inter Craiova's David Bîndean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nichifor Vişoiu in the 41st minute of play. In the 45th match minute, Rova Rosiori was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valeriu Poplăcan to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Rova Rosiori getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Kuzman Kukushev hit a great ball. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rova Rosiori's goalkeeper Paul Dumitru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Rova Rosiori players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Inter Craiova were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marian Maghiran was the one to do the kick off. 50 minutes into the match, Rova Rosiori's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Maghiran came free, but Paul Dumitru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vasile Angelescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Paul Dumitru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasile Angelescu in the 54th minute of play forced Rova Rosiori's goalkeeper Paul Dumitru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paul Dumitru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasile Angelescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Petre Prisecaru took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Paul Dumitru to make any attempt to save it. In the 62nd minute of the match, Marian Maghiran tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Paul Dumitru saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 64 played minutes Rova Rosiori got a freekick which was hit by Nichifor Vişoiu. An unexpectedly hard shot by 蔡飞耀 in the 67th minute of play forced Rova Rosiori's goalkeeper Paul Dumitru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marian Maghiran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Paul Dumitru made a huge save. In the 71st minute, Francisco Beltran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vasile Angelescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Paul Dumitru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paul Dumitru made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Vasile Angelescu sent off a good shot on target. A well-hit corner resulted in Gabriel Măcriș heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. David Bîndean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Beltran, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute Gabriel Măcriș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Bîndean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rova Rosiori's Kuzman Kukushev got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 95th minute, FC Inter Craiova's 蔡飞耀 ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Paul Dumitru. Paul Dumitru yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. FC Inter Craiova's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
