Esteban Ralondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korneliusz Barna in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Negulici in the 21st minute of play forced Thracian F.C's goalkeeper Esteban Ralondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Marcus Pinho got a free kick in the 26th minute. 33 minutes into the match, Thracian F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Xerxes Doro came free, but Esteban Ralondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
