In the 18th match minute, Thracian F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leontin Popeneciu to maneuver through the defense. Esteban Ralondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Traian Traian in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Traian Traian in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esteban Ralondo saved Thracian F.C from getting behind. Pompiliu Barascu's late challenge caught a Fotbal Club Vaslui's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pompiliu Barascu helped the player get up and apologised. Pompiliu Barascu kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Traian Traian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Esteban Ralondo was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Fotbal Club Vaslui's Cosmin Bocșan was substituted for Toader Muncelean. Cosmin Bocșan kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Thracian F.C made a substitution. Gláuber Mineiro replaced Pavel Cenușă. Traian Traian really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. 94 minutes into the match, Thracian F.C's goalkeeper Esteban Ralondo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurinho Maranhense. When the match was over Fotbal Club Vaslui could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Thracian F.C throughout the match.
