Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Phoenix Alb made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd minute, Mircea Pavalescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niculae Dudău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Lucila, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Phoenix Alb's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dinu Oardă read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Görkem Büyükada got free with Dinu Oardă in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Lucila in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niculae Dudău saved MINAS TIRITH from getting behind. Dinu Oardă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liviu Vlăsiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victor Lucila took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niculae Dudău. Niculae Dudău dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Phoenix Alb recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute, Görkem Büyükada left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MINAS TIRITH fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Liviu Frumușanu in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niculae Dudău prevented the ball from getting in the gole. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Dinu Oardă proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute, Liviu Frumușanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 38thth minute of the game Görkem Büyükada who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Dinu Oardă was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Victor Lucila's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niculae Dudău read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Dinu Oardă was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Phoenix Alb capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Phoenix Alb really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Liviu Frumușanu was the one to do the kick off. Liviu Frumușanus short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Niculae Dudău to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, MINAS TIRITH's George Alupulesei got a free kick in the 56th minute. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Dinu Oardă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Phoenix Alb in the 58th minute of play. MINAS TIRITH made a substitution. Leontin Geoană replaced George Alupulesei. After a rather tough play, MINAS TIRITH's Mircea Pavalescu got a free kick in the 70th minute. Liviu Frumușanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niculae Dudău. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Liviu Frumușanu ran back to his position shaking his head. Liviu Frumușanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Niculae Dudău tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florin Nenciu during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd match minute, MINAS TIRITH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florin Nenciu to maneuver through the defense. Görkem Büyükada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Dinu Oardă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Liviu Frumușanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
