Cazimir Văcărescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. James Madison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Bogdan Ignătoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When James Madison came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the FC aDeX fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that James Madison couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the match, FC aDeX's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Pumnu came free, but Matei Oltean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tiago Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Bogdan Ignătoiu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save -BZF- Barca de Buzau from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute of the match, James Madison got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bogdan Ignătoiu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 27th minute, Flori Miner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matei Oltean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Drăgănoiu in the 29th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiago Leite got free with Bogdan Ignătoiu in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Drăgănoiu in the 38th minute of play forced FC aDeX's goalkeeper Matei Oltean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Bogdan Ignătoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Leite in the 40th minute of play. Tiago Leite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Bogdan Ignătoiu made a huge save. In the 46th minute of the match FC aDeX got a corner. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcos Libertad ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of -BZF- Barca de Buzau's goalie and right to Amerigo Gervasi. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Denis Pumnu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Maxim Lupașcu in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC aDeX's Cazimir Barbu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Drăgănoiu in the 82nd minute of play forced FC aDeX's goalkeeper Matei Oltean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Tiago Leite ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bogdan Ignătoiu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by James Madison in the 94th minute of play forced -BZF- Barca de Buzau's goalkeeper Bogdan Ignătoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Tiago Leite's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bogdan Ignătoiu was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC aDeX fully deserved thier win.
