When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dacian Iorgu was the one to do the kick off. Jalmari Mikkonen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezar Bourceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, Ali Nurettin notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of FC Panat's Dimitris Charalambopoulos. Dimitris Charalambopoulos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adam Vasilache replaced Petruț Mircescu. 82 minutes in the game Folke Hasselqvist did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Lode Vermeiren. In the 83rd minute, Panait Moșneanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute Ali Nurettin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitris Charalambopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Ionică Sava hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Pinner Cluj-Napoca's zone, İlhami Uçman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat.
