FC Panat's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Ekber Merdan scored to the left of an out of position Dimitris Charalambopoulos, making the score, 3-0. 38 minutes into the match, The Huns's goal looked a bit too open when Cezar Bourceanu came free, but Vintilă Murgu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vintilă Murgu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezar Bourceanu in the 42nd minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
