Codruț Gogu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With splendid footwork Gigel Chirculescu arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 8th minute. In the 11th minute of the game Damian Țepeneag made a throw-in which Daniel Mihele played forward. In the 13th minute Iustinian Burdujan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codruț Gogu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 played minutes Balaceanu UFC got a freekick which was hit by Gigel Chirculescu. Damian Țepeneag made in the 23rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Daniel Mihele. Gigel Chirculescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Codruț Gogu having to interfere. Dorin Orghidan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Gherghe in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Manuel Boteanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorin Orghidan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Codruț Gogu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigel Chirculescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Balaceanu UFC's Dorin Orghidan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Mihele in the 43rd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Codruț Gogu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gigel Chirculescu's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Balaceanu UFC's Gigel Chirculescu got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 58 minutes, Gigel Chirculescu made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Juventus Țiu's Codruț Gogu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gigel Chirculescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Codruț Gogu having to make a save. When Gigel Chirculescu got free in front of the goal in the 62nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Codruț Gogu was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The Balaceanu UFC fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Balaceanu UFC's Gigel Chirculescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Iustinian Burdujan came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Balaceanu UFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iustinian Burdujan couldn't finish the play. After 71 minutes of play, Balaceanu UFC's Gigel Chirculescu made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Codruț Gogu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 73rd play minutes Gigel Chirculescu shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Codruț Gogu and just under the crossbar into goal. If Gigel Chirculescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Iustinian Burdujan notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Juventus Țiu's Codruț Gogu. Codruț Gogu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Balaceanu UFC's Gigel Chirculescu got a free kick in the 85th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gigel Chirculescu in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Codruț Gogu saved Juventus Țiu from getting behind. Codruț Gogu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigel Chirculescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Balaceanu UFC had played much better football throughout.
