Iwo Tamulewicz started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Manuel Isăilă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Butuc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dacians Academy's Stelian Butuc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Isăilă in the 7th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iwo Tamulewicz in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cai Yue Guang saved Ninjas in Pyjamas from getting behind. After 15 minutes of play, Ninjas in Pyjamas's Manuel Isăilă made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stelian Butuc was left in no man's land by his defense there! 18 minutes into the game, Ninjas in Pyjamas's Manuel Isăilă nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stelian Butuc made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. A sloppy throw-in by Costin Cârneci in the 21st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Dacians Academy's Siluna Flores. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Isăilă in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stelian Butuc saved Dacians Academy from getting behind. Dacians Academy's Stelian Butuc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Isăilă in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, one of Ninjas in Pyjamas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ninjas in Pyjamas. Cai Yue Guang had in the 26thth minute some difficulties stopping Fermin Prejun's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Cai Yue Guang came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Dacians Academy's Fermin Prejun. But to his dismay, Fermin Prejun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Cai Yue Guang made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Xavi Popescu sent off a good shot on target. Stelian Butuc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Isăilă, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Dacians Academy's Stelian Butuc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Isăilă in the 31st minute of play. Cai Yue Guang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwo Tamulewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. If Iwo Tamulewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manuel Isăilă made a kick off. Dacians Academy's Stelian Butuc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuele Clementi in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Manole Anghel made a precise shot to the right of Cai Yue Guang. Ninjas in Pyjamas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. In the 60th minute Xavi Popescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cai Yue Guang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ninjas in Pyjamas's Manuel Isăilă slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stelian Butuc. That made the score 3-3 after 62 minutes of play. 65 minutes into the match, Dacians Academy's goalkeeper Stelian Butuc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Isăilă. Stelian Butuc was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Manuel Isăilă showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-4 in the 67 minute of play. Stelian Butuc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Isăilă's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Cai Yue Guang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manole Anghel in the 75th minute of play. A collision led to Ninjas in Pyjamas getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Andrei Cosor hit a great ball. Cai Yue Guang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manole Anghel, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 87 minutes into the match, Ninjas in Pyjamas's goal looked a bit too open when Remus Armeanca came free, but Cai Yue Guang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Isăilă blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stelian Butuc having to make a save. Stelian Butuc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Isăilă in the 88th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Manuel Isăilă took a quick shot and it went in 3-6 without a chance for Stelian Butuc to make any attempt to save it. The Ninjas in Pyjamas supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ninjas in Pyjamas would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
