After a rather tough play, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Braulio Gonchan got a free kick in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Anoush Rott notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Fabio Rios. Fabio Rios was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 15 minutes into the game, Braulio Gonchan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CA Boca Jrs the free kick. Braulio Gonchan hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Ermanno Ferrini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabio Rios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Cinalli in the 19th minute of the match. Fabio Rios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermanno Marrone in the 21st minute of play. Fabio Rios came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by CA Boca Jrs's Ermanno Marrone. But to his dismay, Ermanno Marrone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 27th minute, Ermanno Ferrini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabio Rios was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 30 minutes into the match, Anoush Rott notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Fabio Rios. Fabio Rios was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabio Rios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Cinalli in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s goal looked a bit too open when Ermanno Ferrini came free, but Fabio Rios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Fabio Rios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvise De Rossi in the 36th minute of play. The CA Boca Jrs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. In the 48th minute, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Victorino Perfecto seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Victorino Perfecto the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Victorino Perfecto had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 48th minute of the game. One of ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CA Boca Jrs:s goal. Fabio Rios had in the 50thth minute some difficulties stopping Edmondo Frezza's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ermanno Ferrini was the one to do the kick off. Geronimo Gines's late challenge caught a CA Boca Jrs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geronimo Gines helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute, CA Boca Jrs's Anoush Rott ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fabio Rios. Fabio Rios yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. In the 62nd minute Enzo Cinalli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Rios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Rios didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ermanno Ferrini went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Fabio Rios was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ermanno Ferrini showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 71 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enzo Cinalli got free with Fabio Rios in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
