CA Boca Jrs were furious when Ermanno Marrone was red carded, 12 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 11th minute, one of CA Boca Jrs:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CA Boca Jrs. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvise De Rossi in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mías Khalifa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alvise De Rossi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Mías Khalifa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, CA Boca Jrs's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Sancho came free, but Pico Bădila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mías Khalifa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anoush Rott in the 19th minute of the match. Pico Bădila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boleslaw Sidorowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvise De Rossi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Mías Khalifa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anoush Rott in the 29th minute of play forced Simbo FC's goalkeeper Mías Khalifa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pico Bădila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boleslaw Sidorowicz in the 31st minute of play. The corner led Simbo FC's Sabri Ravelli to fire away a dangerous shot which Pico Bădila despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mías Khalifa was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Alvise De Rossi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alvise De Rossi really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. If Alvise De Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvise De Rossi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mías Khalifa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvise De Rossi in the 53rd minute of the match. Pico Bădila was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Tincho Palermo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tincho Palermo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anoush Rott in the 61st minute of play. Mías Khalifa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anoush Rott in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind CA Boca Jrs's goalkeeper Pico Bădila, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Simbo FC's Niceto Nafarroa was substituted for Boleslaw Sidorowicz. Simbo FC's Piotr Ostrowski quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Anoush Rott, made in the 76th minute of the game. Pico Bădila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miliano Sacristán in the 77th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Emiliano Di Luzio sped through Simbo FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mías Khalifa. In the 85th match minute, CA Boca Jrs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermanno Ferrini to maneuver through the defense. Miliano Sacristán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 90 minutes into the match, CA Boca Jrs's goal looked a bit too open when Miliano Sacristán came free, but Pico Bădila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Simbo FC's Miliano Sacristán slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pico Bădila. That made the score 2-2 after 93 minutes of play. In the 95th minute, William Weber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
