After a defensive mix-up in BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's zone, Cesare Loreto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ata Necmi came out of the goal and Cesare Loreto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sorci Viola's Armando Bonelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Acácio Tinoco in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Osvaldinho Zonta got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Cesare Loreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ata Necmi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cesare Loreto ran back to his position shaking his head. Adrianinho Capixaba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armando Bonelli having to make a save. Alvise Urbani's late challenge caught a BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvise Urbani helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sorci Viola getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Alvise Urbani hit a great ball. Armando Bonelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank de Almeida in the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrianinho Capixaba in the 83rd minute of play forced Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Armando Bonelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Acácio Tinoco got free with Armando Bonelli in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cesare Loreto struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Ata Necmi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sorci Viola. Sorci Viola were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER to leave the ground with a draw.
