In the 3rd minute, Club Ahja's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Benjamin da Fonseca fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fabian Hansson struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Avraam Iasonidis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pesqueira City. In the 7th minute, Pesqueira City's Benjamin da Fonseca dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Avraam Iasonidis didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 15th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. If Benjamin da Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benjamin da Fonseca came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Avraam Iasonidis could save by the left post. The audience was convinced that Benjamin da Fonseca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Avraam Iasonidis was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Club Ahja's Avraam Iasonidis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Ahja from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Pesqueira City's Benjamin da Fonseca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Avraam Iasonidis. That made the score 3-0 after 28 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin da Fonseca got free with Avraam Iasonidis in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Avraam Iasonidis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benjamin da Fonseca's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Kuido Joala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Orland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th match minute, Club Ahja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronald Mõniste to maneuver through the defense. Kuido Joala hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Benjamin da Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Avraam Iasonidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrus Kotkas charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Avraam Iasonidis was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Benjamin da Fonseca capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Benjamin da Fonseca really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Roberts to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Benjamin da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Avraam Iasonidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin da Fonseca took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Avraam Iasonidis. Avraam Iasonidis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Avraam Iasonidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin da Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute, Benjamin da Fonseca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Avraam Iasonidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. In the 59th minute Tõnu Mahlaoks suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Benjamin da Fonseca's late challenge caught a Club Ahja's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin da Fonseca helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th minute, Benjamin da Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Benjamin da Fonseca put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Avraam Iasonidis. Club Ahja's Avraam Iasonidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin da Fonseca in the 91st minute of play. In the 91st minute, Benjamin da Fonseca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Avraam Iasonidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. 94 minutes into the match, Pesqueira City's Benjamin da Fonseca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Avraam Iasonidis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin da Fonseca in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Avraam Iasonidis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pesqueira City fans cheered their team off the field, for while Club Ahja had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
