Grzegorz Sokolski made in the 15th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Grzegorz Sokolski. 19 minutes into the match, Les Tigres's goal looked a bit too open when Constantijn De Hond came free, but Gonzo Maradona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match Playa Malvín got a corner. Les Tigres's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sandu Mândrilă ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a little luck, Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira got control of the ball when Leonardo Tipi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gonzo Maradona stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stamen Tekeliev's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After 35 played minutes Les Tigres got a freekick which was hit by Grzegorz Sokolski. In the 38th match minute, Playa Malvín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Papo Tellado to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the game, Leonardo Tipi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Zé Roberto Teixeira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gonzo Maradona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stamen Tekeliev, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Les Tigres made a substitution. Rodolfo Luken replaced Silvano Ihazintu. The wind increased when Stamen Tekeliev made the kick off in the second half. Zé Roberto Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvard Võsandi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Stamen Tekeliev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stamen Tekeliev struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Gonzo Maradona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Playa Malvín. Playa Malvín's Niva Espellosa was substituted for Stamen Tekeliev. In the 68th minute, Edvard Võsandi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Les Tigres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niva Espellosa in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gonzo Maradona prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 74 minutes into the match, Playa Malvín's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Tipi came free, but Zé Roberto Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th match minute, Playa Malvín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josu Onez to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute of the match Severino Estevez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zé Roberto Teixeira skillfully saved the ball. Gonzo Maradona made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niva Espellosa in the 80th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edvard Võsandi in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Roberto Teixeira saved Playa Malvín from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, Playa Malvín's goal looked a bit too open when Edvard Võsandi came free, but Zé Roberto Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Les Tigres's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Severino Estevez in the 84th minute. A nice corner shot did that Severino Estevez got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zé Roberto Teixeira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gonzo Maradona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niva Espellosa in the 85th minute of the match. Playa Malvín's Constantijn De Hond managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Grzegorz Sokolski in the 89 minute of the game. In the 89th minute, Niva Espellosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Niva Espellosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gonzo Maradona. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niva Espellosa ran back to his position shaking his head. Les Tigres's Gonzo Maradona proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Les Tigres from getting a goal against them. Gonzo Maradona made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Niva Espellosa sent off a good shot on target. Les Tigres's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
