Intimos de Reynoso's Ovidio Roland proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Intimos de Reynoso from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, Meder Muños had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zachariasz Dudkowski. CRUZ DEL SUR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Meder Muños was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Pawel Engler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pan Lin Zhen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ovidio Roland having to make a save. With a little luck, Intimos de Reynoso's Ovidio Roland got control of the ball when Pan Lin Zhen tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th minute Meder Muños shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Dudkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Intimos de Reynoso's Meder Muños nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zachariasz Dudkowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as CRUZ DEL SUR's Pan Lin Zhen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ovidio Roland. That made the score 1-2 after 43 minutes of play.

The wind increased when Meder Muños made the kick off in the second half. CRUZ DEL SUR's Ronnie Odell got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ovidio Roland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pan Lin Zhen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the game, Aquiles Castro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Intimos de Reynoso's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CRUZ DEL SUR the free kick. Intimos de Reynoso's Steve Steven was substituted for Meder Muños. CRUZ DEL SUR's Eustacio Antonucci was substituted for Abundio Manzano. Intimos de Reynoso made a substitution. Lope Quijana replaced Pawel Engler. Zachariasz Dudkowski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Steve Steven showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 70 minute of play. Ovidio Roland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustacio Antonucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Eustacio Antonucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Roland having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, CRUZ DEL SUR's goal looked a bit too open when Steve Steven came free, but Zachariasz Dudkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zachariasz Dudkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steve Steven in the 78th minute of play. Zachariasz Dudkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steve Steven in the 91st minute of the match. A well placed Steve Steven short distance shot in the 91st minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. 94 minutes into the game, Pan Lin Zhen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Ovidio Roland was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Intimos de Reynoso supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Intimos de Reynoso would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
