In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Valle Saron's goalkeeper Emiliano Saron, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Theo Hernández made in the 14th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Heitor Leys. The supporters of Valle Saron booed when MILLONARIOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Quicedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roberto Quicedo got a throw-in 21 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Rafael Jauregui. 26 minutes into the game, Gianfranco Saron cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Angelo Prior was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pepito Saron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Valle Saron's Gianfranco Saron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angelo Prior narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valle Saron's attentive Joakim Back managed to snatch the ball when Roberto Quicedo made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. Baladi Ribalta kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Mon Ibaute in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Valle Saron's Joakim Back. After the first half Valle Saron were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With a little luck, MILLONARIOS FC's Angelo Prior got control of the ball when Gianfranco Saron tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gianfranco Saron took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelo Prior. Angelo Prior dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gianfranco Saron in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelo Prior saved MILLONARIOS FC from getting behind. Angelo Prior stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gianfranco Saron's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. MILLONARIOS FC's Juan Corredor was substituted for Christoffer Blomqvist. After 69 minutes MILLONARIOS FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rodri Saron who took care of the corner kick. Angelo Prior stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arí Saron's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Corredor in the 76th minute of play forced Valle Saron's goalkeeper Emiliano Saron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valle Saron's Emiliano Saron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Quicedo in the 84th minute of play. Angelo Prior came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Valle Saron's Arí Saron. But to his dismay, Arí Saron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 91st minute, Federico Errazquin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MILLONARIOS FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Valle Saron's Emiliano Saron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Errazquin in the 94th minute of play. After some careless play in the Valle Saron defense, Juan Corredor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emiliano Saron. The Valle Saron fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emiliano Saron should have stopped the shot. The Valle Saron players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
