In the 12th match minute, Forros Fantásticos AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Lehior to maneuver through the defense. Robustiano Cordareo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucio Siekkötter's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Robustiano Cordareo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Siekkötter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Breno Vergílio in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robustiano Cordareo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, Lucio Siekkötter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robustiano Cordareo. Forros Fantásticos AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucio Siekkötter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 21st minute Santiago Sidro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esen Sanal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of S.E.R. Caxias do Sul booed when Forros Fantásticos AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakub Wawrzyniak didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Forros Fantásticos AC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Siekkötter came free, but Robustiano Cordareo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Robustiano Cordareo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Esen Sanal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Sagen in the 40th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucio Siekkötter to make the kick off. Forros Fantásticos AC's Robustiano Cordareo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Forros Fantásticos AC from getting a goal against them. Lucio Siekkötter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robustiano Cordareo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lei Feng Yan in the 91st minute of play. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after Forros Fantásticos AC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lei Feng Yan took the corner. The corner led S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Lei Feng Yan to fire away a dangerous shot which Robustiano Cordareo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
