The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pierluigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Crouch in the 3rd minute of play. Jacob Albuquerque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 5th match minute, Egg Chasers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenny Duckworth to maneuver through the defense. Vincent Blakeley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacob Albuquerque in the 8th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Jacob Albuquerque kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vincent Blakeley. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. If Jacob Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Egg Chasers FC's Vincent Blakeley got control of the ball when Jacob Albuquerque tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jacob Albuquerque might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vincent Blakeley. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jacob Albuquerque ran back to his position shaking his head. Egg Chasers FC's Vincent Blakeley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Egg Chasers FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacob Albuquerque in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vincent Blakeley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vincent Blakeley made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Jacob Albuquerque sent off a good shot on target. Egg Chasers FC's Vincent Blakeley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacob Albuquerque in the 34th minute of play. Jacob Albuquerque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Vincent Blakeley made a huge save. Vincent Blakeley was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Jacob Albuquerque capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jacob Albuquerque really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. If Jacob Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Peter Crouch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Pierluigi Buffon made a huge save. When Alex Barone fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Egg Chasers FC's protests and gave Alex Barone a yellow card for diving instead. KaoS Futbol Club's Pierluigi Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Groom in the 68th minute of play. Jacob Albuquerque struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Vincent Blakeley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KaoS Futbol Club. KaoS Futbol Club made a substitution. Albino Olayo replaced León Ponzio. If Igor Lebas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vincent Blakeley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Lebas in the 75th minute of play. In the 82ndth minute of the game Igor Lebas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Egg Chasers FC's Vincent Blakeley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pierluigi Buffon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tosh Goodwin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 84 minute of play. Vincent Blakeley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Lebas in the 93rd minute of the match. KaoS Futbol Club were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Egg Chasers FC for a fine match.
