Loco Durazno took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Grant Moco. Grant Moco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goalkeeper Grant Moco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Martin Belezhkov got a free kick in the 7th minute. When Golden Lions FC's Loco Durazno in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goalie prevented a goal. 16 minutes into the match, Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goal looked a bit too open when Loco Durazno came free, but Grant Moco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grant Moco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loco Durazno in the 19th minute of the match. Anders Lundqvist made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when David Armada sent off a good shot on target. The Golden Lions FC fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Golden Lions FC's Loco Durazno looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Grant Moco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Loco Durazno went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Fernando Manzano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Loco Durazno in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Grant Moco saved Orihuela Club de Fútbol from getting behind. Loco Durazno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Grant Moco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Grant Moco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loco Durazno, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The Orihuela Club de Fútbol players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Golden Lions FC were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Loco Durazno to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Bebben Johansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golden Lions FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bebben Johansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Grant Moco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th minute David Armada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anders Lundqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grant Moco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loco Durazno in the 61st minute of play. Golden Lions FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Georg Termander in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Manzano in the 64th minute of play forced Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Anders Lundqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orihuela Club de Fútbol made a substitution. Vladimiro Figueira replaced Fernando Manzano. Golden Lions FC's İbrahim Efe Topdemir was substituted for Marcelo Steven. After 68 minutes Golden Lions FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Herberto Leyva who took care of the corner kick. Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Herberto Leyva was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anders Lundqvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Burç Tokhan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Grant Moco was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Grant Moco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bebben Johansson in the 94th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Golden Lions FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
