Alcorcón's Maurino Serena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Durazno in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Anders Lundqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Belo Alvarez. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Anders Lundqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Maurino Serena came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Golden Lions FC's Loco Durazno. Alcorcón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Mayor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maurino Serena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Loco Durazno went, in the 49th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. After the first half Golden Lions FC were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
