In the 4th minute, Cirilo Malvin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matro Perramon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Matro Perramon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elce Ko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Mason Mount made a precise shot to the right of Matro Perramon. Universitario's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. A collision led to Universitario getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Geleberto Acaro hit a great ball. After 22 played minutes, eDp! Gaming FC's Natalio Porfirio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Matro Perramon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in eDp! Gaming FC reached it. In the 23rd match minute, eDp! Gaming FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Paio to maneuver through the defense. After 23 played minutes, Universitario's Bonifacio Morentin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ádám Szuper came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Universitario reached it. Ádám Szuper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geleberto Acaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matro Perramon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mason Mount went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 37th minute, Elce Ko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The eDp! Gaming FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Mason Mount scored 0-8 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matro Perramon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 45 minutes into the game, Cirilo Malvin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Matro Perramon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 48 minutes into the match, Elce Ko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matro Perramon. Universitario's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elce Ko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-10.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cirilo Malvin to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, eDp! Gaming FC's Cirilo Malvin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matro Perramon. Matro Perramon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. 57 minutes into the game, Mason Mount cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Matro Perramon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 60 minutes into the match, Cirilo Malvin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matro Perramon. Universitario's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cirilo Malvin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-13. After a rather tough play, Universitario's Guillen Mijangos got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Mason Mount left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The eDp! Gaming FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-14. Matro Perramon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cirilo Malvin in the 78th minute of the match. Matro Perramon was a little too slow when Mason Mount got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-15. Matro Perramon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Rolado in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute, eDp! Gaming FC's Mason Mount ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matro Perramon. Matro Perramon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-16. Matro Perramon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emilio Rolado went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-17 was the resulting score. In the 96th minute Emilio Rolado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matro Perramon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matro Perramon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Emilio Rolado showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-18 in the 97 minute of play. When the match was over eDp! Gaming FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Universitario throughout the match.
