Korey Benedict got a throw-in 3 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Lincoln Hand. 5 minutes into the match, Alemannia Aachen's goal looked a bit too open when Lincoln Hand came free, but Jess Carnduff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute, Valter Xabat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lorenzo Elia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jess Carnduff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Korey Benedict made in the 13th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Lincoln Hand. S.D. Bajen's Spencer Holder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save S.D. Bajen from getting a goal against them. Spencer Holder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valter Xabat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valter Xabat in the 21st minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Spencer Holder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Valter Xabat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Spencer Holder was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 26 minutes into the match, Alemannia Aachen's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Elia came free, but Jess Carnduff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Alemannia Aachen's Valter Xabat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Spencer Holder narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Thomas Müller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alemannia Aachen's supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas Müller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Spencer Holder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 30 minutes into the match, S.D. Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Valter Xabat came free, but Spencer Holder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rdth minute of the game Lorenzo Elia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alemannia Aachen's Jess Carnduff was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Lorenzo Elia put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jess Carnduff.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valter Xabat was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Valter Xabat had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Spencer Holder. S.D. Bajen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valter Xabat was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 54th minute, Valter Xabat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Spencer Holder was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valter Xabat in the 60th minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Spencer Holder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alemannia Aachen were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after S.D. Bajen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Manfred Kottsieper took the corner. When Alemannia Aachen's Valter Xabat in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye S.D. Bajen's goalie prevented a goal. Jess Carnduff made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kacper Wasikowski in the 65th minute. S.D. Bajen's Adrian Nicolae was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jess Carnduff in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Valter Xabat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Spencer Holder was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in S.D. Bajen's zone, Valter Xabat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Spencer Holder came out of the goal and Valter Xabat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filip Jerzyk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jess Carnduff came out and tried to block the shot, but Filip Jerzyk slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 74th minute. Spencer Holder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valter Xabat, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 77th minute Valter Xabat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Spencer Holder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79thth minute of the game Valter Xabat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.D. Bajen's Spencer Holder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valter Xabat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alemannia Aachen's Jess Carnduff proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Alemannia Aachen from getting a goal against them. Lincoln Hand received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jess Carnduff came out and tried to block the shot, but Lincoln Hand slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 83rd minute. 91 minutes into the game, Alemannia Aachen's Thomas Müller nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Spencer Holder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. Alemannia Aachen's Jess Carnduff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Jerzyk in the 95th minute of play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Alemannia Aachen were victorious despite being under pressure from S.D. Bajen for much of the match.
