Alberto Andreola was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 15 minutes into the match. A collision led to Valdieri getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Alberto Andreola hit a great ball. Eugenio Stefano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zézinho Costa in the 16th minute of the match. Valdieri's Eugenio Stefano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iago Bala in the 18th minute of play. Zézinho Costa was slow to take the kick. During this time America Futebol Clube SP's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Zézinho Costa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Valdieri's Eugenio Stefano did a great save. Eugenio Stefano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zézinho Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Jeronimo Rico took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Eugenio Stefano to make any attempt to save it. Eugenio Stefano was a little too slow when Iago Bala got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-8. Eugenio Stefano was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gigi Popovici. In the 70th minute of the match America Futebol Clube SP got a corner. Valdieri's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gigi Popovici ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on America Futebol Clube SP's corner Gigi Popovici fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eugenio Stefano quite easily take care of the ball. In the 71st minute, Anfilogino Di Santo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Stefano stood somewhat misplaced when Jeronimo Rico came free in front of goal and shot 0-9 to the left of him in the 72 minute. 75 minutes into the game, Tadeu Xavier recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eugenio Stefano. After 83 played minutes, America Futebol Clube SP's Tadeu Xavier shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eugenio Stefano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in America Futebol Clube SP reached it. Eugenio Stefano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Iago Bala showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 84 minute of play. Serginho Chulapa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eugenio Stefano came out and tried to block the shot, but Serginho Chulapa slotted it home off the left post making it 0-12 in the 87th minute. 93 minutes into the game, America Futebol Clube SP's Iago Bala nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eugenio Stefano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-14. 97 minutes into the game, America Futebol Clube SP's Serginho Chulapa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
