Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Carberry in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Tomaszewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zielonka Gdansk's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Henrik Ooms was slow to take the kick. During this time Silver Squad AFC's players had a chance to rest. Silver Squad AFC's Henrik Ooms was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jan Tomaszewski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Carberry in the 17th minute of play forced Zielonka Gdansk's goalkeeper Jan Tomaszewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Loid De Keuster ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Tomaszewski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Waud De Geyter made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Robert Augustyniak sent off a good shot on target. Benjamin Carberry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Tomaszewski having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Silver Squad AFC's Rogério Paiva got a free kick in the 31st minute. Izydor Czysta hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Loid De Keuster fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Tomaszewski having to interfere. Jan Tomaszewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frans Van Caubergen in the 39th minute of the match. Silver Squad AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Madaleno Baltanas scored to the left of an out of position Waud De Geyter, making the score, 1-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benjamin Carberry to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Pyrzyce in the 53rd minute of play forced Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Waud De Geyter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Bror Litenboks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silver Squad AFC's Waud De Geyter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qiu Ling Lang in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Sebastian Pyrzyce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waud De Geyter was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Frans Van Caubergen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Tomaszewski having to interfere. Stanislav Abovský kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Jan Tomaszewski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Loid De Keuster showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 73 minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Zielonka Gdansk's goal looked a bit too open when Damazy Radzyminski came free, but Jan Tomaszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute, Damazy Radzyminski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan Tomaszewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Carberry, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Waud De Geyter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, Zielonka Gdansk's goalkeeper Jan Tomaszewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loid De Keuster. In the 91st minute, Damazy Radzyminski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Madaleno Baltanas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Silver Squad AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
