In the 2nd minute, Fotis Theofilopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Gottfrid Hedström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ from getting a goal against them. A throw-in in the 7th minute of the game was made by Enzo Peruxu with Witomir Pisarczyk as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Andreas Landgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Gottfrid Hedström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Witomir Pisarczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andréas Hasselqvist got free with Gottfrid Hedström in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Witomir Pisarczyk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gottfrid Hedström having to make a save. Gottfrid Hedström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Lordi in the 22nd minute of the match. After 25 played minutes Santa Margarita got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Peruxu. Santa Margarita's Pontus Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Besim Vecdet in the 26th minute of play. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Santa Margarita's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adrastos Kourempes took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Besim Vecdet got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pontus Nordström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 30 minutes into the match, ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Besim Vecdet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pontus Nordström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witomir Pisarczyk in the 35th minute of play forced ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's goalkeeper Gottfrid Hedström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Besim Vecdet scored 0-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pontus Nordström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Gottfrid Hedström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Lordi in the 42nd minute of play. Pontus Nordström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgos Neymar, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Besim Vecdet was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Santa Margarita getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Andréas Hasselqvist hit a great ball. Witomir Pisarczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santa Margarita's Klaus Mohammadi was substituted for Enzo Peruxu. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Santa Margarita's goalkeeper Pontus Nordström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gottfrid Hedström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klaus Mohammadi in the 66th minute of play. Santa Margarita's Pontus Nordström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Santa Margarita from getting a goal against them. After 72 played minutes Santa Margarita got a freekick which was hit by Klaus Mohammadi. 75 minutes into the game, Mauro Icardi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Gottfrid Hedström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gottfrid Hedström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Icardi, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute Aias Kreskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pontus Nordström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Fotis Theofilopoulos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
