When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Carlo Monni sped through Santa Margarita's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pontus Nordström. The supporters of Santa Margarita booed when Śląsk Bytom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulryk Miazga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eduardo De Francesco took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Antoni Brama. Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Śląsk Bytom's Antoni Brama played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Lordi in the 10th minute of play. Antoni Brama came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Santa Margarita's Witomir Pisarczyk. But to his dismay, Witomir Pisarczyk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Monni in the 15th minute of play forced Santa Margarita's goalkeeper Pontus Nordström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antoni Brama took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witomir Pisarczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pontus Nordström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulryk Miazga in the 18th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Gerardo Lordi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antoni Brama was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Pontus Nordström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlo Monni, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute Ulryk Miazga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pontus Nordström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper Antoni Brama had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerardo Lordi. Santa Margarita were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Śląsk Bytom's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eduardo De Francesco took the corner. 37 minutes into the match, Śląsk Bytom's Carlo Monni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pontus Nordström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witomir Pisarczyk in the 38th minute of play forced Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper Antoni Brama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antoni Brama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andréas Hasselqvist in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Monni came free, but Pontus Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gerardo Lordi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Śląsk Bytom's Antoni Brama got control of the ball when Gerardo Lordi tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The wind increased when Gerardo Lordi made the kick off in the second half. Santa Margarita's Pontus Nordström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Santa Margarita from getting a goal against them. Pontus Nordström made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Carlo Monni sent off a good shot on target. Santa Margarita's Pontus Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo Monni in the 56th minute of play. Pontus Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Monni in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Śląsk Bytom's Ulryk Miazga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pontus Nordström. Pontus Nordström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Santa Margarita's Wendell Davids was substituted for Witomir Pisarczyk. Śląsk Bytom's Fevzi Baykara was substituted for Roch Zajonc. Santa Margarita made a substitution. Klaus Mohammadi replaced Enzo Peruxu. Pontus Nordström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fevzi Baykara, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Pontus Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fevzi Baykara in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute Elmo Jaanovits shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antoni Brama saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elmo Jaanovits might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antoni Brama. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elmo Jaanovits ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elmo Jaanovits in the 73rd minute of play forced Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper Antoni Brama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Pontus Nordström managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Śląsk Bytom's Hakkı Elçin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pontus Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakkı Elçin in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's Elmo Jaanovits sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antoni Brama narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Klaus Mohammadi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Antoni Brama was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Fevzi Baykara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Santa Margarita's Andreas Landgren got a free kick in the 88th minute. Antoni Brama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elmo Jaanovits, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Antoni Brama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klaus Mohammadi in the 95th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
