União Sport Clube Paredes's Edwin van der Sar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save União Sport Clube Paredes from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Ruben in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edwin van der Sar saved União Sport Clube Paredes from getting behind. Walmir Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dabi Saens in the 26th minute of the match. Edwin van der Sar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Ruben, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. União Sport Clube Paredes's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
