Matias Ralondo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baldomero Chano's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. If Ryszard Bronicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atletico Kyperountas's Matias Ralondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Chano in the 22nd minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Atletico Kyperountas's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Chano came free, but Matias Ralondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, LVCVS AVGVSTI's Rosario Escarza got control of the ball when Jan Wyrzykowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jan Wyrzykowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosario Escarza having to interfere. In the 30th minute Atletico Kyperountas were awarded a corner. Sharma Dorado went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Sharma Dorado almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LVCVS AVGVSTI's Rosario Escarza did a great save. A collision led to Atletico Kyperountas getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Bogdan Zyskowski hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the match, Atletico Kyperountas's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Olayo came free, but Matias Ralondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Ryszard Bronicki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Rosario Escarza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 47 minutes LVCVS AVGVSTI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sharma Dorado who took care of the corner kick. Sharma Dorado made a great header on Atletico Kyperountas's corner, it was just that LVCVS AVGVSTI's Rosario Escarza managed to reach the ball for a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Du Yuan Chao made a kick off. If Ryszard Bronicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosario Escarza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Bronicki in the 60th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Atletico Kyperountas's goal looked a bit too open when Ronny Skytt came free, but Matias Ralondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Bronicki in the 70th minute of play forced LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Rosario Escarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosario Escarza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Wyrzykowski in the 74th minute of the match. Baldomero Chano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Matias Ralondo made a huge save. 79 minutes into the match, Atletico Kyperountas's goal looked a bit too open when Du Yuan Chao came free, but Matias Ralondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LVCVS AVGVSTI made a substitution. Quilino Velasco replaced Diómedes Sánchez. LVCVS AVGVSTI made a substitution. Zef Zoff replaced Ronny Skytt. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Bronicki in the 85th minute of play forced LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Rosario Escarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Venancio Olayo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LVCVS AVGVSTI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletico Kyperountas the free kick. After 87 played minutes LVCVS AVGVSTI got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Olayo. In the 89th minute Ryszard Bronicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosario Escarza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, LVCVS AVGVSTI's Quilino Velasco got a free kick in the 94th minute. LVCVS AVGVSTI's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
