In the 12th minute Maureen Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremy Avellana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavies Casavela in the 16th minute of play forced Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Jeremy Avellana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charly Good in the 19th minute of play. A collision led to Club Dep. Soc. Rodo getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Ipar Capitan hit a great ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Yao Yan Sen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Buceo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yao Yan Sen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maureen Franco in the 27th minute of play forced Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Jeremy Avellana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Yao Yan Sen. Jeremy Avellana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charly Good in the 37th minute of play. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maureen Franco in the 40th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goal looked a bit too open when Charly Good came free, but Jeremy Avellana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 minutes of play, Sporting Buceo's Maureen Franco made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeremy Avellana was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Sporting Buceo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Cao Kuan Wei was substituted for Marco Aguirre. The wind increased when Anthon Öberg made the kick off in the second half. Jeremy Avellana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charly Good in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute Maureen Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremy Avellana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anthon Öberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Club Dep. Soc. Rodo from getting a goal against them. Maximo Horquizar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthon Öberg in the 60th minute of the match. After 61 minutes Sporting Buceo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Guto Pirani who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Sporting Buceo's goalie and right to Deunoro Barbadillo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Sporting Buceo's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Jeremy Avellana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Maureen Franco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Jeremy Avellana made a huge save. With a little luck, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana got control of the ball when Maureen Franco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jeremy Avellana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maureen Franco in the 73rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Charly Good kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jeremy Avellana. That made the score 0-2 in the 75 minute of play. Sporting Buceo's Xinto Carreiras was substituted for Charly Good. A collision led to Sporting Buceo getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Segundo Aureo hit a great ball.
