In the 3rdth minute of the game Henrik Larsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bruly's Willy Van Linthout was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 4th minute, Henrik Larsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Decathlon Dudes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Jullian Vranx could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Tadej Pogačar made a huge save. Phillipe Soetemans hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Anthon Melin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Decathlon Dudes booed when Bruly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Phillipe Soetemans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dylan van Baarle hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Cezary Bara might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Willy Van Linthout. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cezary Bara ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 36th minute Cezary Bara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willy Van Linthout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 played minutes, Decathlon Dudes's Anthon Melin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Willy Van Linthout came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Decathlon Dudes reached it. When Henrik Larsson came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Decathlon Dudes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henrik Larsson couldn't finish the play. Phillipe Soetemans hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Willy Van Linthout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Larsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mario Rõõm charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Willy Van Linthout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Larsson in the 65th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Decathlon Dudes's goal looked a bit too open when Jullian Vranx came free, but Tadej Pogačar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Phillipe Soetemans's late challenge caught a Decathlon Dudes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Phillipe Soetemans helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bruly getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Phillipe Soetemans hit a great ball. In the 84th match minute, Bruly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phillipe Soetemans to maneuver through the defense. Henrik Larsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Willy Van Linthout made a huge save. Willy Van Linthout made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrik Larsson in the 86th minute. In the 86th minute, Decathlon Dudes's Henrik Larsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Willy Van Linthout. Willy Van Linthout yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6.
