Piearres Olalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Joos Teurfs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. North Hill United's attentive Tommi Van Der Meren managed to snatch the ball when Riemer Fries made a throw-in in the 11th minute of the game. In the 13thth minute of the game Alexander Tan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Underdogs's Jan Wessel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. North Hill United's attentive Tommi Van Der Meren managed to snatch the ball when André Luiz Linares made a throw-in in the 18th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Tan in the 19th minute of play forced The Underdogs's goalkeeper Jan Wessel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Dolf Schoonderwoerd made a precise shot to the right of Joos Teurfs. North Hill United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Dolf Schoonderwoerd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joos Teurfs having to interfere. Dolf Schoonderwoerd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute Alexander Tan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Wessel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Riemer Fries charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Riemer Fries the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to The Underdogs getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Riemer Fries hit a great ball. In the 37th minute, Alexander Tan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The North Hill United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Joos Teurfs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piearres Olalla in the 40th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Bengt Svanér had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Piearres Olalla charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Piearres Olalla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Piearres Olalla hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexander Tan was the one to do the kick off. Emil Kyurpanov made in the 56th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dolf Schoonderwoerd. After 57 minutes of play, North Hill United's Alexander Tan made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Wessel was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 61st minute Alexander Tan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Wessel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joos Teurfs made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dolf Schoonderwoerd in the 65th minute. Jan Wessel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Tan in the 67th minute of play. Dolf Schoonderwoerd could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Joos Teurfs made a huge save. Jan Wessel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Tan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dolf Schoonderwoerd's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joos Teurfs read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in The Underdogs fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! The audience was convinced that Piearres Olalla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joos Teurfs was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. North Hill United made a substitution. Steff Berckmans replaced Kęstutis Survila. In the 88th minute The Underdogs were awarded a corner. Ed Palsma went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led The Underdogs's Ed Palsma to fire away a dangerous shot which Joos Teurfs despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alexander Tan hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Joos Teurfs made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emil Kyurpanov in the 93rd minute. Jan Wessel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Tan in the 95th minute of play. In the 96th match minute, The Underdogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank de Boer to maneuver through the defense. North Hill United's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
