Buitenhout FC's Tudor Mihoc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Buitenhout FC from getting a goal against them. Ferry Hebels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Falco Pruischer having to interfere. Tudor Mihoc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roel Ravenbergen's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, Who Ate All Depay's Jan Dirks got a free kick in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferry Hebels in the 20th minute of play forced Who Ate All Depay's goalkeeper Falco Pruischer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Falco Pruischer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferry Hebels in the 22nd minute of play. Who Ate All Depay's Falco Pruischer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferry Hebels in the 23rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Bernard Kolano sped through Buitenhout FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tudor Mihoc. Tudor Mihoc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roel Ravenbergen in the 30th minute of play. Bernard Kolano succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 31st playminute. Tor-Egil Gjertsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 37 minutes, Ted Fokkelman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buitenhout FC and the Who Ate All Depay players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 37 played minutes Buitenhout FC got a freekick which was hit by Ted Fokkelman. Bernard Kolano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tudor Mihoc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernard Kolano, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, Ferry Hebels had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Falco Pruischer. Who Ate All Depay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferry Hebels was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernard Kolano to make the kick off. Tudor Mihoc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roel Ravenbergen in the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Roel Ravenbergen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Tudor Mihoc was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Who Ate All Depay's Luke Clist was substituted for Roel Ravenbergen. The audience was convinced that Bernard Kolano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tudor Mihoc was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. In the 72ndth minute of the game Luke Clist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buitenhout FC's Tudor Mihoc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Who Ate All Depay's Yorrick Kiewiet was substituted for Pieter Koole. Who Ate All Depay were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Buitenhout FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tor-Egil Gjertsen took the corner. The corner led Who Ate All Depay's Tor-Egil Gjertsen to fire away a dangerous shot which Tudor Mihoc despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferry Hebels got free with Falco Pruischer in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tudor Mihoc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernard Kolano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Jans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Falco Pruischer made a huge save.
