Minion Mim were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Pezerik's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jasper Rosario took the corner. Minion Mim's Louis Tailleur was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Shota Stopa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Minion Mim's goalkeeper Mitch Lauwers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joonatan Van Landewijck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pierrot Uyttebroeck's late challenge caught a Minion Mim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pierrot Uyttebroeck helped the player get up and apologised. Will Wipp struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Shota Stopa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Minion Mim.
