Lionel Van Den Broek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robertinho Carabajal, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. A collision led to De Keikoppers getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Ulises Steven showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Huveneers in the 34th minute of the match. Lionel Van Den Broek came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by AFC Koolkerke's Robertinho Carabajal. But to his dismay, Robertinho Carabajal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Lionel Van Den Broek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robertinho Carabajal went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Ulises Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolf Huveneers in the 44th minute of play. In the 44th minute Rolf Huveneers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Steven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolf Huveneers in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulises Steven saved AFC Koolkerke from getting behind. 46 minutes into the match, Joachim Van Der Meren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulises Steven. AFC Koolkerke's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joachim Van Der Meren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Ulises Steven yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-2. 67 minutes into the match, AFC Koolkerke's Robertinho Carabajal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lionel Van Den Broek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. AFC Koolkerke's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Clóvis Bittencourt in the 69th minute. In the 69th minute, Joseph Smits hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save AFC Koolkerke from getting a goal against them. If Robertinho Carabajal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Robertinho Carabajal managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC Koolkerke's supporters rose to their feet, but Robertinho Carabajal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lionel Van Den Broek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sem De Kelper in the 79th minute of play. Ulises Steven made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Joachim Van Der Meren sent off a good shot on target. Lionel Van Den Broek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robertinho Carabajal in the 91st minute of the match. Clóvis Bittencourt's late challenge caught a De Keikoppers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clóvis Bittencourt helped the player get up and apologised. Clóvis Bittencourt kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Robertinho Carabajal scored 7-2 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lionel Van Den Broek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. De Keikoppers's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because AFC Koolkerke had won, even though De Keikoppers had held more of the ball.
