The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 7 minutes Piast Choszczno's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cezary Chrzan who took care of the corner kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jerzy Marchefka in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugeniusz Charlos saved Piast Choszczno from getting behind. Jerzy Marchefka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eugeniusz Charlos having to make a save. Jerzy Marchefka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Eugeniusz Charlos made a huge save. After some careless play in the Piast Choszczno defense, Jerzy Marchefka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eugeniusz Charlos. The Piast Choszczno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eugeniusz Charlos should have stopped the shot. Jerzy Marchefka might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eugeniusz Charlos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jerzy Marchefka ran back to his position shaking his head. Jerzy Marchefka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Eugeniusz Charlos made a huge save. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Piast Choszczno's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Charlos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. SMOCZANKA MIELEC were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Piast Choszczno's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cezary Chrzan took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Cezary Chrzan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eugeniusz Charlos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Jerzy Marchefka put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Eugeniusz Charlos. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roberto Lewandowski in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugeniusz Charlos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as SMOCZANKA MIELEC's Jerzy Marchefka slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eugeniusz Charlos. That made the score 3-0 after 33 minutes of play. After some careless play in the Piast Choszczno defense, Roberto Lewandowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eugeniusz Charlos. The Piast Choszczno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eugeniusz Charlos should have stopped the shot. Jerzy Marchefka spun around in front of the goal 40 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Piast Choszczno's goal.
