With an extended leg and a bit of luck 陆威川 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 陆威川 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Gökalp Armağan in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, FENERBAHÇE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thodoris Samarakis to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the match, FENERBAHÇE's goal looked a bit too open when Sungur Paksoy came free, but 陆威川 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 陆威川 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Servet Kılıc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hakkı Deniz Öztimur to strike the kick off in the second half.
