Gökcan Karadeniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İrfan Altıncığlu in the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Morten Langørgen notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of K.u.R.aL.S.ı.Z's Gökcan Karadeniz. Gökcan Karadeniz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gökcan Karadeniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilen Zabalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After some careless play in the K.u.R.aL.S.ı.Z defense, Morten Langørgen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gökcan Karadeniz. The K.u.R.aL.S.ı.Z fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gökcan Karadeniz should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paşa İlbilge to strike the kick off in the second half. Morten Langørgen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gökcan Karadeniz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Morten Langørgen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Richard Rodrigues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Gökcan Karadeniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu made a substitution. Mehmet Ferit Aksungur replaced Freddy Maura. With an all-out effort, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Gökcan Karadeniz threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Morten Langørgen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gökcan Karadeniz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franc Debuire in the 80th minute. Denis Barber hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Morten Langørgen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gökcan Karadeniz came out and tried to block the shot, but Morten Langørgen slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 82nd minute. In the 85th minute, Franc Debuire ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gökcan Karadeniz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. İrfan Altıncığlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Gökcan Karadeniz made a huge save. With a little luck, K.u.R.aL.S.ı.Z's Gökcan Karadeniz got control of the ball when Franc Debuire tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 93rd minute of the match Franc Debuire sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gökcan Karadeniz skillfully saved the ball. If Ahmet Gökalp Tuğtekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. İrfan Altıncığlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Gökcan Karadeniz made a huge save. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu played a much better game than K.u.R.aL.S.ı.Z and deserved their victory. The K.u.R.aL.S.ı.Z players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
