Ivo Tropchev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Yunus-Emre Balcik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamdullah Derinöz, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling İrfan Altıncığlu in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivo Tropchev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the match, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's goal looked a bit too open when Behiç Üster came free, but Yunus-Emre Balcik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Hamdullah Derinöz notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Yunus-Emre Balcik. Yunus-Emre Balcik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Mehmet Ferit Aksungur was substituted for Freddy Maura. 73 minutes in the game Anibal Txartiko did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Kıraç Otay. If Richard Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute.
